High blood pressure 3 can be cured?

Hypertension grade 3 is usually incurable.

Hypertension grade 3 refers to patients with systolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 180mmHg, and/or diastolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 110mmHg. Hypertension itself is an incurable disease, which can exist for life, so hypertension grade 3 is incurable. Patients need to use propranolol, bisoprolol, nifedipine and other drugs to control blood pressure for a long time. Poor compliance with treatment can cause damage to target organs.

Patients need to limit sodium intake at ordinary times, because sodium can increase blood pressure levels, thus affecting disease control. Avoid strenuous exercise on a daily basis to prevent increasing cardiovascular burden.
