What are the four types of tetralogy of Fallot?

Committed to your recovery.
The main abnormalities of tetralogy of Fallot include ventricular septal defect, pulmonary stenosis, aortic straddle and right ventricular hypertrophy.
1. Ventricular septal defect is
generally composed of membranous, infundibulum and muscular parts. According to different parts of the defect, most of them can be divided into perimembranous ventricular septal defect, double subarterial ventricular septal defect and muscular ventricular septal defect.
2. Pulmonary stenosis and
pulmonary stenosis generally include pulmonary valve, right ventricular infundibulum and pulmonary trunk stenosis, which are more common congenital cardiovascular diseases.
3. Aortic straddle
is mostly a more common abnormality of tetralogy of Fallot, usually refers to the aortic straddle moving to the right and forward.
4. Right ventricular
hypertrophy is generally an abnormal proliferation of myofibrils in the right heart. Most of them belong to the more common abnormalities of cardiac structure of tetralogy of Fallot.
