What causes diastolic heart failure?

Healing hearts, one patient at a time.
Diastolic heart failure may be caused by heart valve insufficiency, mitral stenosis, myocarditis, etc.
1. Heart valve insufficiency The
structure and function of the heart valve are abnormal, causing the heart valve to close tightly, causing part of the blood to flow back into the right atrium, increasing the volume load, causing the heart to be overburdened and diastolic heart failure to occur.
2. Mitral stenosis
and the inability of the mitral valve to open normally will hinder pulmonary vein return, increase pulmonary vein pressure, form pulmonary congestion, and cause diastolic heart failure.
3.
Myocarditis caused by myocarditis virus infection is more common. Viral infection causes damage to the myocardium, increases heart load, and seriously causes diastolic heart failure.
