Rheumatoid Arthritis and Gout

Rheumatoid arthritis and gout are different in etiology, clinical manifestations and complications.

1. The

etiology of rheumatoid arthritis is not clear, may be due to autoimmune, genetic, infection and other reasons. The etiology of gout is not clear, but may be related to hyperuricemia.

2. Different clinical manifestations

Rheumatoid arthritis in the joint symptoms before, can appear for several weeks of low fever phenomenon, a few patients can show high fever, fatigue, weight loss and other symptoms. Gout generally has no precursor performance, often manifested as sudden one or more joints moderate pain symptoms.

3. Complications Rheumatoid arthritis in
