How to deal with cardiogenic syncope

Cardiogenic syncope can be treated by general treatment, drug treatment, surgical treatment, etc., as follows:

1. General treatment

Other personnel should place the patient in a head-down foot position after syncope, and tilt the head to one side to ensure blood supply to the brain and reduce the probability of aspiration.

2. Drug treatment

Patients can use atropine, isoproterenol, amiodarone and other drugs under the guidance of doctors to restore normal cardiac rhythm.

3. Surgical treatment

If conservative treatment fails, patients should consider pacemaker implantation, radiofrequency ablation and other surgical methods.
