How does young myocardial infarction occur?

Healing with compassion, caring with dedication.
Myocardial infarction is acute myocardial infarction. Young acute myocardial infarction may be caused by increased myocardial oxygen consumption, decreased blood perfusion in the heart, insufficient myocardial oxygen supply, etc.
1. Increased myocardial oxygen consumption
If tachyarrhythmia or severe hypertension occurs, it will lead to myocardial oxygen consumption exceeding oxygen supply, resulting in myocardial overwork, resulting in damage, causing acute myocardial infarction.
2. Reduced blood perfusion in the heart
Coronary atherosclerosis, coronary artery spasm, coronary artery dissection, coronary artery embolism and other factors will lead to reduced cardiac perfusion, resulting in myocardial insufficiency, resulting in acute myocardial infarction.
3. Myocardial oxygen deficiency
Slow arrhythmia, hypotension, shock, etc. may lead to myocardial oxygen deficiency. If the condition is not effectively controlled, it will lead to severe myocardial hypoxia and necrosis, resulting in acute myocardial infarction.
