There is no acupuncture point for immediate pain relief

Acupuncture at Hegu, Taichong and Neiguan can relieve pain symptoms.

1. Hegu is

located on the back of the hand, at the depression of the first palm joint of the thumb and index finger. Acupuncture at Hegu can regulate qi and blood, relieve pain and relieve symptoms such as headache and toothache.

2. Taichong is

located on the back of the foot, 1/3 in front of the first and second metatarsal spaces. Acupuncture at Taichong can relieve soreness, relax muscles and activate activities, and relieve headache and menstrual pain.

3. Neiguan is

located on the wrist striations, 3 inches above the wrist striations on the ulnar side. Acupuncture at Neiguan can regulate heart qi, relieve chest diaphragm, and help relieve chest pain, nausea and vomiting.
