Acute myocarditis in children

Empathy in care, excellence in medicine.
The severity of acute myocarditis in children is not particularly consistent, relatively mild, may only be manifested as fatigue, chest distress, dizziness and other clinical symptoms. More serious, if the performance of acute heart failure, showing serious arrhythmia, can cause life risk. Therefore, once it is determined that it is acute myocarditis in children, absolute bed rest is required. At the same time, drugs such as myocardial nutrition drugs, anti-inflammatory drugs and anti-viral drugs should be applied for treatment. If heart failure or cardiogenic shock is shown, drugs such as cardiotonic and diuretic drugs should be applied in time. If arrhythmia is shown, anti-arrhythmic drugs can be selected for treatment. In serious cases, cardiac pacemakers should be installed.
