There are several kinds of antipyretics for children.

Restoring health, one step at a time.
Fever is the most common cause of emergency in children. about 1/3 of patients come to see a doctor because of fever. Normal armpit temperature is 36 to 37 degrees Celsius, low fever is 37 to 38 degrees Celsius, moderate fever is 38 to 39 degrees Celsius, high fever is 39 to 41 degrees Celsius, and ultra-high fever is greater than or equal to 41 degrees Celsius. For children with low fever, physical cooling, loosening clothes, bathing, etc. are preferred. Children with high fever should be closely monitored for symptoms and signs of change or for new symptoms and signs. Of course, some children with high fever may show cramps. Generally, it is best not to use adrenocortical hormone as a conventional antipyretic. The most commonly used antipyretic is ibuprofen, which has obvious anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic effects. Its tolerance is similar to acetaminophen. It is also a common antipyretic analgesic. As for aspirin, analgin and nimesulide, they should be used with caution or even not.
