What are the causes of gallbladder heart syndrome?

Biliary heart syndrome can be caused by basic causes and predisposing factors.

1. Basic causes

When patients suffer from acute cholecystitis, chronic cholecystitis, gallstones and other bile duct diseases, they may be involved in the precordial region through visceral nerve fibers, and may also reduce coronary artery blood flow through vagus nerve radiation, thus causing biliary heart syndrome. If patients with bile duct diseases are complicated with infection, it may lead to myocardial ischemia and hypoxia, inhibit myocardial contraction, and finally cause biliary heart syndrome.

2. Predisposing factors

Patients may increase the risk of biliary heart syndrome when they are emotional or eat high-fat foods.
