Chest tightness, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, palpitation, cough, what to do?

Symptoms such as chest tightness, shortness of breath, palpitation and cough may be caused by chronic pulmonary heart disease or acute attack of bronchial asthma. Bed rest is recommended, oxygen inhalation is given to improve hypoxia state. Meanwhile, aerosol inhalation of glucocorticoid and bronchodilator can be given.
