High and Low Blood Pressure Range Normal Value

Restoring health, one step at a time.
High and low blood pressure values generally refer to systolic and diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure is generally between 90-139 mm Hg, diastolic blood pressure is between 60-89 mm Hg.
Blood pressure refers to the lateral pressure of blood flowing in the blood vessels, which is generally affected by external environment, exercise, emotion and other factors. In a quiet state, adults can be diagnosed as hypertension if systolic blood pressure is greater than or equal to 140 mm Hg or diastolic blood pressure is greater than or equal to 90 mm Hg for three consecutive times. If systolic blood pressure is lower than 90 mm Hg or diastolic blood pressure is lower than 60 mm Hg, it is low blood pressure.
Patients with abnormal blood pressure are advised to actively cooperate with doctors, and should adjust diet and reasonable exercise to facilitate blood pressure control.
