Treatment of ankylosing spondylitis sacroiliac arthritis

Patients with compulsive spondylitis who develop sacroiliac arthritis need to be examined for human leukocyte antigens and sacroiliac X-rays. Conservative treatment, such as acupuncture, infrared radiation, etc., followed by oral celecoxib, can also be treated with topical application of diclofenac diethylamine cream.
