How is the testicular hydrocele in children caused?

Most children with testicular hydrocele are primary diseases, there is no obvious cause, many of this category will be self-remission. If it is secondary testicular hydrocele, consider scrotal trauma, testicular and epididymal inflammation or tumor and other factors, to be treated for the cause.
