The child does not catch cold but fever may be induced by bacterial infection, viral infection, mycoplasma infection and cold. Blood routine and C-reactive protein test should be performed in hospital. If mycoplasma infection is diagnosed, antibiotics and antipyretic drugs should be taken orally according to doctor's advice.
