After a cervical biopsy, you can exercise and run for a few days

Your health, my unwavering commitment.
A cervical biopsy
can cause some damage to the cervical tissue, although the wound is usually small, but strenuous exercise such as running before the wound heals may lead to an increased risk of bleeding. Early exercise may stretch the wound, causing rebleeding and affecting recovery. In the 1- 2 weeks after the biopsy, try to rest as much as possible to allow the wound to heal and repair. Maintaining a relatively steady state can help reduce irritation to the cervix and promote stability of the wound.
However, recovery varies from person to person. Some people may recover faster, while others may take longer. If you want to start running after 12 weeks, it is recommended to try a short, low-intensity exercise and observe the body's reaction. If there is no abnormality, gradually increase the intensity and time of exercise.
