Eyelid on the long vesicles, may be caused by many reasons. If the eyelid margin eyelashes below the small vesicles shown, consider the meibomian gland duct blockage caused. The opening of the meibomian gland duct is below the eyelash root, secreting lipid components in tears. Due to various reasons, the liquid in the meibomian gland duct thickens, and lipid plugs are easily formed at the opening, showing light yellow blisters.
