Sinus Rhythm Incomplete Right Bundle Branch Block What Does It Mean

Building bridges to better health.
Incomplete right bundle branch block (IRBB) is a common ECG abnormality that indicates a partial block in the conduction function of the right bundle branch of the heart.
Sinus rhythm refers to the rhythmic beating of the sinoatrial node, the normal pacemaker of the heart, while incomplete right bundle branch block refers to a delay in the transmission of electrical signals to the right bundle branch. This phenomenon may be caused by a variety of reasons, including structural changes in the heart, heart disease, drug side effects, or other systemic diseases. However, incomplete right bundle branch block in sinus rhythm can also occur in normal healthy individuals, especially asymptomatic young adults, and usually requires no special treatment.
