Finger tingling? What's going on?

Empathy in every care, excellence in every treatment.
Finger numbness is generally a manifestation of sensory nerve damage in the fingers. It is also seen in local allergies, edema, ischemia and other diseases of the fingers. There are three common causes of nerve damage: first, cervical spondylosis, cervical spondylosis or spinal cord disease oppresses the sensory nerves that manage the fingers. Cervical MRI examination can clearly diagnose. Second, local nerve compression such as carpal tunnel syndrome, due to nerve edema affecting normal function, will cause finger numbness. Electromyography, local ultrasound can be diagnosed. Third, intracranial diseases, central nervous system local lesions such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, etc. can also cause finger numbness. Head CT examination can make a definite diagnosis. Fourth, if the finger contacts allergic substances, hand edema caused by various reasons and occlusion of upper limb blood vessels, thrombosis, arterial stenosis, etc. can cause finger numbness.
