Normal liver function

There are many items of liver function examination, among which the important normal values are total bilirubin 1.71-17.1μmol/L, direct bilirubin 1.71-7μmol/L, indirect bilirubin 1.7-13.7μmol/L, alanine aminotransferase less than 500 nmol. s-1, aspartate aminotransferase less than 667 nmol. s-1/L, glutamyl transferase less than 40 units, alpha fetoprotein 80-130ug/L.
