Gastric wall thickening is early gastric cancer?

Early gastric cancer can be classified into three types: type I and type IIa, which are raised. Gastric mucosa has different degrees of thickening, which can occur in different areas of the stomach. Thickened areas range from a few millimeters to a few centimeters, so gastric wall thickening may be early gastric cancer. These pathological changes may be displayed on upper gastrointestinal angiography, CT, MRI, B-ultrasound and endoscopy. Especially good hypotony stomach CT examination can not only accurately locate the early lesions, but also clearly show the layers of the stomach wall and determine the depth of the cancer focus.
