Lung cancer needs surgery?

However, nowadays pathological mediastinal staging methods, such as mediastinoscopy, mediastinotomy and other negative T1 to stage N0 patients, can consider lobectomy and lymph node dissection, surgery alone can not cure small cell lung cancer. Therefore, all postoperative small cell lung cancer patients need to use platinum-containing two-drug chemotherapy regimen, chemotherapy 4-6 courses.
