Prostatitis and prostatic hyperplasia are two different diseases. Prostatitis is mainly caused by bacterial invasion of the prostate gland, resulting in inflammation of the gland. Prostatitis patients will show frequent urination, urgency, white urethral mouth, urinary bifurcation; lower abdomen, perineum and back pain discomfort. Prostatitis is mainly treated by sensitive antibiotics. BPH is mainly caused by the patient's enlarged prostate gland pressing on the urethra, causing the patient to show frequent urination, urgency, dribbling, weak urine line, difficulty urinating, increased frequency of urination, and urinary retention. BPH can be treated by minimally invasive surgery.
