Early symptoms of a tumor may vary depending on the type and location of the tumor, but the following are some common early symptoms of a tumor, including lumps, pain, bleeding, persistent coughing, fatigue, etc.
1. A lump
An abnormal lump anywhere in the body may be a sign of a tumor.
2. Pain
Tumors may cause pain, especially when they press on surrounding tissues or nerves.
3. Bleeding
Nonmenstrual vaginal bleeding, hematuria, bloody stools, and nasal discharge may be early symptoms of tumors.
4. Persistent cough
Persistent cough may be early symptoms of lung cancer, especially in smokers or former smokers.
5. Indigestion
Persistent indigestion, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, diarrhea, or constipation may be early signs of digestive tract tumors.
6. Fatigue
Persistent fatigue may be early signs of certain tumors, such as lymphoma or leukemia.
Note that these symptoms may not necessarily indicate cancer, but may also be symptoms of other diseases. If any abnormal symptoms occur, it is recommended to seek medical attention in time for further examination and diagnosis.
