White secretions appear after urination, which may be related to semen residue, urethritis or prostatitis.

1. Semen residue

If sexual life is carried out before urination, there may be a small amount of semen remaining in the urethra. When urination occurs, semen is discharged with urine, and white secretions may appear.

2. Urethritis

When urethritis exists, inflammatory stimulation may lead to increased endocrine secretion in urethral mucosa, mostly white or purulent secretions, which may be discharged with urine.

3. Prostatitis

If prostatitis exists, inflammation may lead to prostatic congestion and edema, which may cause increased glandular secretion. In the initial or final stage of urination, more prostatic fluid will be mixed in urine, thus forming white secretions.
