The enuresis caused by rope skipping is generally considered to be stress urinary incontinence, most common in women, and with the increase of age, the probability of occurrence is more and more, stress urinary incontinence mainly refers to when the abdominal pressure suddenly increases, such as rope skipping or coughing, laughing, sneezing when urination will lose control, resulting in urinary incontinence. Urinary incontinence occurs involuntarily through atrophy of the urethral mucosa due to estrogen depletion, or through relaxation of the urethral or vaginal sphincter during pregnancy, and in obese patients due to relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles or decreased urethral sphincter function.
