Urinary and pathological casts

If the casts found in urine examination are clear casts, some normal people will also show this phenomenon. However, if they show red blood cell casts, white blood cell casts, granular casts, etc., these are the possibility of disease. The casts are generally divided into clear casts, red blood cell casts, white blood cell casts, granular casts, wax-like casts and other types. White blood cell cast refers to urine protein and exfoliated epithelial cells coagulated together and formed, if the urine routine contains a large number of white blood cell cast, indicating that the kidney has infectious diseases, generally seen in acute pyelonephritis. It is recommended that patients control diet, exercise, observation for a few days and then review.
