Urethritis can be diagnosed by clinical manifestations, urine routine examination, urethral secretions smear microscopy and other ways.
1, clinical manifestations
if the patient has frequent urination, urgency, urethral orifice redness, urethral orifice purulent secretions and other symptoms, can be initially diagnosed as urethritis.
2, urine routine examination
if the patient urine routine examination results show that the number of white blood cells and red blood cells in the urine significantly increased, can be further diagnosed as urethritis.
3, urethral secretions smear microscopy patients
for urethral secretions smear microscopy, if found in the secretion of pathogens or inflammatory cell infiltration, combined with the above two can be diagnosed as urethritis.
