What does it feel like to have contractions a week before labor?

A week before labor, contractions are irregular, known as false contractions. Each time a pregnant woman has abdominal pain, it lasts for more than ten seconds, and the interval is about 30 minutes. Then as labor approaches, contractions become more and more regular.
