IgA Nephropathy Stage III can be cured

IgA nephropathy stage III can not be cured, but can be treated with drugs to achieve clinical remission, manifested as proteinuria negative, edema regression, blood pressure and renal function within normal values.

IgA nephropathy patients when proteinuria 1g/24 hours proteinuria patients should be given ACEI and ARB antihypertensive drugs for 3-6 months, gradually titrated to the maximum extent that patients can tolerate weak.

If the treatment effect is not good, hormones or immunosuppressants can be added, mainly according to the patient's pathological type to formulate treatment plan, hormone treatment course is about 6 months.
