IgA Nephropathy: What is IgA nephropathy?

IgA nephropathy is a type of chronic glomerulonephritis, which is essentially related to immune dysfunction. The mesangial area of the glomerulus has IgA abnormal deposition, and the mesangial matrix of the glomerular mesangial cells is deposited.

This is a chronic disease, so there is no concept of complete cure in essence, so the patient's condition may still fluctuate, and it may recur, especially when the patient has upper respiratory tract infection, during the rapid withdrawal of the patient, or in the case of excessive labor, there may be recurrence and hematuria proteinuria.
