What is the right kidney cyst?

Restoring balance, one patient at a time.
Right renal cyst is a common clinical disease. The formation of renal cyst is mainly caused by the accumulation of cyst fluid caused by the blockage of the collecting duct. Renal cyst is a benign lesion. For large renal cysts, it often causes compression symptoms and backache. In addition, renal pelvis and ureter obstruction may also cause symptoms of kidney disease. If the renal cyst continues to grow, the renal parenchyma will be compressed, and the renal parenchyma may gradually shrink, thus affecting the function of the affected kidney. Therefore, surgery must be considered for huge renal cysts. The commonly used surgical method is laparoscopic renal cyst decortication and decompression surgery. Through surgical methods, the cyst fluid can be sucked clean and then the cyst wall can be removed, effectively preventing cyst recurrence.
