If a renal tumor is 7cm in diameter,

it can be divided into two types: benign and malignant. If it is benign, there is no staging, and it can be cured by surgery in time. However, if it is malignant, such as renal cancer, it can be divided into stages I, II, III and IV according to TNM. If the tumor is 7cm in diameter and distant organ metastasis occurs, it can be judged as advanced. If it is confined to the kidney and there is no lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis, it can be judged as early stage.
