Pain pain can sit?

Restoring balance, one patient at a time.
Dysmenorrhea patients can sit if the lumbago is not obvious, if the lumbago is obvious, they should rest in bed. Dysmenorrhea refers to pain in the lower abdomen before and after menstruation or menstrual period, accompanied by waist soreness or other discomfort. Dysmenorrhea is divided into primary and secondary categories. Primary dysmenorrhea refers to dysmenorrhea without organic lesions in reproductive organs, accounting for more than 90% of dysmenorrhea. The occurrence of primary dysmenorrhea is mainly related to the increase of prostaglandin content in the endometrium during menstruation. During menstruation, due to lysosomal enzymes dissolving endometrial cells and releasing a large amount of prostaglandin, the increase of prostaglandin content can cause strong contraction of uterine smooth muscle and vasospasm. Dysmenorrhea pain is more spasmodic, located in the lower abdomen and pubic bone, and can radiate to the lumbosacral and inner thigh.
