Fetal movement makes me want to urinate. What's going on?

Restoring balance, one patient at a time.
Fetal movement is a common pregnancy phenomenon, mainly caused by uterine pressure on the bladder, hormone level changes, fetal movement pressure and other reasons.
1. Uterine pressure on the bladder
With the progress of pregnancy, the uterus gradually increases, causing pressure on the bladder. When the fetus is active, this pressure may be increased, which makes it easier to stimulate the bladder to urinate.
2.
Changes in hormone levels during pregnancy can also affect the function of the urinary system. Hormone levels may increase the sensitivity of the bladder, making it easier for the fetus to urinate.
3. Fetal movement pressure
If the fetus is in a certain position, its fetal movement may directly exert pressure on the bladder, resulting in a more obvious feeling of urinating.
