After three weeks, the abdominal belt can be removed and the shoulder joint can be properly exercised. For patients with displaced surgical neck fractures, manual reduction is first performed. The main methods are: Anesthesia, sitting patient, assistant with cloth around the patient's side armpit traction inward upward, another assistant to hold the affected limb elbow, forearm in neutral position, elbow flexion 90 degrees, along the longitudinal axis of the humerus traction. After reduction through the super joint splint fixation; if the fracture is unstable and difficult to maintain alignment can be fixed by the external frame. Four weeks later, the external fixation is removed, appropriate exercise.
