Crohn's disease is a chronic granulomatous inflammation that penetrates the wall of the gastrointestinal tract and causes inflammation. Most of the lesions are segmental and asymmetric, and can involve various parts of the gastrointestinal tract, mainly the terminal ileum and nearby colon. The main symptoms are abdominal pain, diarrhea, fever, anorexia, weight loss, fatigue, slow development, anemia and a series of symptoms.
