HPV infection can be confirmed by blood test, acetic acid white test and histopathological examination.
1. Blood test is performed
by taking venous blood for HPV-DNA test. If the result is positive, HPV infection can be /confirm/ied.
2. Acetic acid white test is applied
locally on the skin suspected of condyloma acuminatum. If the local skin turns white after waiting for 3-5 minutes, it is positive, suggesting that HPV infection may exist.
3. Histopathological examination
uses a small brush to brush the exfoliated cells and secretions of the vagina, vulva or cervix to detect HPV infection.
