Can ordinary CT detect lung disease?

Lung CT can usually detect lung diseases, such as pneumonia, bronchiectasis, emphysema, lung tumors, bronchitis, etc. If the examination shows abnormal lung conditions, such as lung masses, further enhancement examination is needed to understand the nature of the masses.
