Acupuncture points for cervical spondylosis

Cervical spondylosis can be treated with acupuncture at Dazhui, Tianzhu, Houxi and other acupoints.

1. Dazhui is

located in the depression below the spinous process of the seventh cervical vertebra. Acupuncture here can promote blood circulation and dredge collaterals, and relieve shoulder and back pain caused by cervical spondylosis., muscle stiffness and other manifestations.

2. Tianzhu point

Tianzhu point is located at the back of the neck, 1.3 inches on both sides of the center of the hairline. Acupuncture here can treat neck muscle stiffness and soreness and relieve discomfort caused by cervical spondylosis.

3. Houxi point

Houxi point is located on the ulnar side of the little finger. Acupuncture here can strengthen the yang qi of the governor meridian and has a certain therapeutic effect on head and neck pain caused by cervical spondylosis.
