Ganoderma lucidum spore powder can not be eaten together with Chinese medicines such as Lulu, Wuling Zhi and Scorpion.

1. Lulu

has the effect of lowering blood pressure and anti-inflammation, while Ganoderma lucidum spore powder has similar effects. Taking both at the same time may cause drug overdose.

2. Wuling Zhi

has the effect of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and relieving pain. Similar to Ganoderma lucidum spore powder, taking both at the same time may enhance the effect of drugs, resulting in adverse reactions.

3. Scorpion

scorpion has the effect of calming wind, relieving spasms, attacking poison, and removing stasis. Contrary to the effect of Ganoderma lucidum spore powder, taking both at the same time may cause mutual antagonism of drugs, resulting in reduced or offset drug effects.
