Can ovulation test paper test pregnancy?

Ovulation test paper is usually not used to detect pregnancy.

Ovulation test paper is mainly used to detect the level of luteinizing hormone (LH) in urine to help determine the time of ovulation. Pregnancy test is mainly determined by detecting the level of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in urine or blood. Even if the ovulation test paper has a positive result, it only indicates that ovulation may be imminent or in progress. It does not indicate pregnancy. Pregnancy test paper shows pregnancy by detecting HCG, and a positive result has a clear indication of pregnancy.

If a woman suspects that she may be pregnant, she should use a special pregnancy test paper or go to the hospital for blood HCG testing and other related tests to obtain accurate results and professional advice.
