The left side of the abdomen is generally divided into the left hypochondrial region, the left lumbar region, and the left inguinal region. Specifically, what organs are as follows:
1. The left hypochondrial
region refers to the upper left part of the abdomen. The organs in this part include the stomach fundus, part of the stomach body, spleen, pancreas tail, splenic flexure of the colon, part of the left kidney, left half of the liver, gastric cardia, and stomach fundus.
2. The left lumbar region
refers to the left side of the abdomen. The internal organs in this part include the lower part of the left kidney, descending colon, and part of the jejunal loop.
3. The left inguinal region
refers to the lower left side of the abdomen. The internal organs in this part include the sigmoid colon and ileal loop.
