What is the difference between a raised small meat particle on the eyelid?

There are raised small flesh particles on the eyelids that may be related to factors such as fat particles, styes, granuloma, sebaceous cysts, etc.
1. Fat particles
Fat particles are small white cysts formed due to excessive skin oil secretion and clogging of pores. They usually appear around the eyes and can be expressed as small flesh particles.
