How to determine whether it is menstrual or pregnancy bleeding

Your health, my mission. Your recovery, my joy.
Menstruation or pregnancy bleeding can be judged by menstrual cycle, pregnancy test stick, hospital examination and other methods. 1. Menstruation cycle If the bleeding time is consistent with the normal menstrual cycle, and the duration and menstrual volume are similar to usual, it is likely to be menstrual bleeding. If the bleeding time is inconsistent with the normal menstrual cycle, or the bleeding volume is abnormal, it may be pregnancy bleeding. 2. Pregnancy test If you suspect that you are pregnant, you can use a pregnancy test. If the pregnancy test shows positive, it means you are pregnant, and the bleeding may be pregnant bleeding. If the pregnancy test shows negative, it means you are not pregnant, and the bleeding may be menstrual bleeding. 3. Hospital examination If the above methods cannot determine whether it is menstrual bleeding or pregnancy bleeding, you can go to the hospital for examination. A doctor may perform an ultrasound or blood test to determine if you are pregnant. If you are pregnant, the bleeding may be a threatened abortion, ectopic pregnancy, etc. If you are not pregnant, the bleeding may be menstrual bleeding or other causes. If you are pregnant and bleeding, you should go to the hospital for a test to determine the cause and appropriate treatment.
