Treatment of Esophagogenic Chest Pain

Esophagogenic chest pain needs to be treated according to the type of disease, such as reflux esophagitis, esophageal spasm, esophageal tumor, etc.

1. Reflux esophagitis

is chest pain caused by reflux esophagitis, which needs to be treated with omeprazole, lansoprazole, pantoprazole and other drugs to inhibit gastric acid secretion and relieve pain.

2. Esophageal spasm

is caused by esophageal spasm, which needs to be relieved by anisodamine hydrochloride, atropine, belladonna tablets and other drugs.

3. Esophageal tumor

For chest pain caused by esophageal tumor, surgery is required. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy are also required after malignant tumor surgery.
