Gastric perforation may be caused by gastric ulcer, gastric mucosa ischemia, gastric cancer and other reasons.
1. Gastric ulcer
Gastric ulcer is a common cause of gastric perforation, because ulcer will cause gastric mucosa to gradually damage and penetrate the serosa layer, resulting in gastric perforation.
2. Gastric mucosa ischemia
When the blood flow in the stomach gradually decreases, it is easy to cause gastric mucosa ischemia and necrosis, resulting in gastric perforation.
3. Gastric cancer
When cancer occurs in the stomach, the tumor volume gradually increases with the development of the disease, which can cause a certain degree of damage to the gastric wall, resulting in gastric perforation. Ulcer-type gastric cancer is more common.
