Causes of acute gastric perforation

Acute gastric perforation is caused by trauma, gastric ulcer, gastric cancer, etc.

1. If the trauma

patient is injured by sharp knives, acute gastric perforation may occur.

2. Gastric ulcer

Helicobacter pylori infection, taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and other reasons may cause gastric ulcer.

3. Gastric cancer

Helicobacter pylori infection, precancerous lesions, genetic factors and other reasons may cause gastric cancer.
