Why acute pancreatitis recurs

Dedicated to healing, always.
Acute pancreatitis may be caused by chronic alcoholism, overeating, gallstones and other reasons.
1. Long-term alcoholism and long-term
alcoholism can lead to strong pancreatic secretion, pancreatic tissue will also be damaged, and may also cause degeneration and necrosis of pancreatic ductal epithelium, leading to pancreatic duct blockage, causing acute pancreatitis.
2.
Overeating or eating high-fat, high-calorie foods often damage pancreatic function and induce repeated attacks of acute pancreatitis.
3. Gallstones
Acute pancreatitis caused by gallstones is also known as biliary pancreatitis. Gallstones can move downward and further block the end of bile ducts. After bacterial action, conjugated bile acids can be reduced to free bile acids, and further damage the pancreas, thus causing pancreatic tissue necrosis, leading to repeated attacks of acute pancreatitis.
