Treatment of leukoplakia vulva

White spot of vulva, also known as white lesion of vulva, should be symptomatic treatment, improve local nutritional status, active treatment of associated diseases, if there is cancer can be surgical treatment. White lesion of vulva shows white plaque, accompanied by itching. Skin can be thickened rough, or thin and shiny, can show chap, erosion or ulcer. The cause is not clear, the incidence may be related to local stimulation of vulva. Treatment can be under the guidance of a doctor topical corticosteroid ointment, fluorouracil ointment, VA ointment, etc. There are active treatment of associated diseases, such as diabetes, malnutrition hormone imbalance, etc. If there is precancerous lesions or cancer, surgery should be performed.
